It is very important to build Benchmark as a close-knit, family orientated workplace, where the staff are one team, who help in all aspects of the business. We pride ourselves in the work produced and ensure that all of the team are working to the high standard we want Benchmark to be recognised for. The business has been built from one man and a van to a fleet of 15 vehicles through enthusiasm, dedication and care which shines throughout all of the projects taken on.
The core team consists of 13 staff, with support from a sub-contracting team of specialist trades (plumbers, electricians and plasterers) which are called upon as and when project demands are required.
We use our breadth of experience and character to expand the business, whilst continually helping to develop employees skills in all areas, to help reinforce and strengthen the Benchmark Team and Brand.
Benchmark is a growing company and is currently expanding the business to include further Construction related services. Benchmark prides itself in giving opportunities to local people and recruiting new staff wherever projects materialise in the country.
An apprenticeship programme has been set up to support young individuals wanting to learn and develop their skills alongside their college study work.
An excellent standard of work is maintained and implemented project work is always completed to the relevant standards, following all appropriate permissions and certifications. Materials, products and systems are all of relevant specification and high-quality products. Benchmark are Construction Line Accredited.
